Nutritional Therapy: What to Expect

What will we be doing together and what will your personalised therapy plan include?

A thorough analysis will be done of your history, your hereditary factors, your current environment and other lifestyle factors. Basic testing will occur and more in-depth testing may be suggested. Collecting all of this information will allow Linda to get a deeper understanding of what is happening in the body and she can help you discover why you’ve been feeling the way that you do.

Your initial consultation may last 1.5-2 hours in order to gather all of info (timeline and matrix) needed.  You’ll leave with an initial plan and will schedule for basic testing.

You will have a minimum of 2 follow up consultations to go over analysis and test results to further refine and tailor your plan.

If more consultations are needed, more can be scheduled.

Registered Nutritional Therapists are also trained Health Coaches and have learned how to help clients increase their success rates through lifestyle and behavior changes. You won’t just get a plan and be sent off to struggle on your own. You will be educated and guided into a path of success. Your job will be to commit with consistency.
